Advice for carburettor tuning:
First, we need to keep the motorcycle idling for 3 minutes to raise the engine temperature. Once the engine is warm, we ride the motorcycle and accelerate fully for a few seconds, holding it for about 5 seconds at maximum RPM without releasing the throttle. Turn off the motorcycle and remove the spark plug. Depending on the spark plug's color, we can determine how to proceed, for example:
- If the spark plug is a milky coffee color or lighter (like white or grey), the mixture is lean; you need to increase the main jet by about 5 or 10 points.
- And if the spark plug is just black or brown, the mixture is rich, so you should reduce the jet by 5 or 10 points.
- The ideal color for a spark plug is brick red.
