PICK-UP AND TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Store Pickup
You will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup at the store address. To pick up your order, you must present the confirmation email along with your identification document (Citizen Card or Passport). The pickup must be made by the order holder. If this is not possible, the order can be collected by another person who has the email and the holder's identification document. This service is free of charge.
CTT Mainland, CTT Islands and CTT Spain
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with an associated tracking number, so you can track your order in real time. On the day of your order's dispatch, you will receive an SMS with a PIN that you will need to provide at the time of delivery.
