CTT Expresso/Cash on Delivery: delivery in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (in-stock items).
Items marked Receive in 24–72h: 2–3 business days.
Items by order: delivery time upon consultation.
Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira)
CTT Registered: 2–3 business days after payment (orders up to 2kg; heavier items may have a longer delivery time).
Mainland Spain
CTT Expresso: 2–4 business days after payment (in-stock items).
Items marked Receive in 24–72h: 3–6 business days.
Items by order: delivery time upon consultation.

How do I return a product?
After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 12 days to return or exchange their item*, counting from the date of dispatch, without needing to state a reason or compensation. The costs of exchange or return are borne by the customer, except for quality reasons.
