After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 14 days to return or exchange their item*, counting from the shipping date, without needing to state a reason or compensation. The costs of exchange or return are borne by the customer, except for quality reasons.
*We do not accept exchanges/returns of modified or improperly installed items.
Order exchange/return can be made:
VIA CTT (Portuguese Post)
1. Access the customer area (enter your login, password and validate), select "View Order", click on your order number and then on the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the steps.
2. The order must be returned via CTT, with the following recipient:

Upon receipt at our facilities, we will process it within an average of one week (extended period during promotions/sales/Christmas or out of stock).
In the case of a return, the shipping cost will not be credited. Only the value of the item(s) will be refunded to you, using the same payment method (provide IBAN if payment was made by bank transfer or ATM). Value refunds are only made to the account/card that originated the purchase. Please note that credit card/bank transfer refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on the respective bank processing.
