- Twinwall® construction consists of two aluminum alloy tubes, one inside the other.
- Outer tube made of 7010-T73 for extreme resistance to mechanical damage and anodized to prevent corrosion
- Inner tube made of ultra-strong 7010-T6 aluminum and anodized to resist wear from grips and controls
- Rubber caps on the ends of the outer tube to prevent water and cleaning products from entering
- Laser etched in the center for precise position adjustment
- Each handlebar includes an injection-molded handlebar pad for greater protection and superior durability
- Requires model-specific 1-1/8" handlebar mounts on bikes originally equipped with 7/8" handlebars
