VOCA HQ Racing Crankshaft 43mm Stroke 85mm Connecting Rod for Yamaha DT LC/D
Thanks to their experience in tuning, Voca Racing offers us their range of HQ Racing Standard Races crankshafts.
Made from high-quality materials, compensated with aluminum inserts to reduce weight and increase performance. This crankshaft offers the necessary strength for high-end tuning, in addition to its closed design which ensures increased pre-compression in the crankcase.
Equipped with a CNC machined connecting rod with the laser-engraved logo.
Its strength is guaranteed and it can reach up to 16,000 RPM.
4 key points why the VOCA HQ crankshaft!
- Unlike common 43mm stroke crankshafts with 84mm connecting rods, the Voca crankshaft comes with an 85mm connecting rod that will perfectly match the timing of common 54mm cylinders.
- The connecting rod with an optimized larger diameter allows the use of 12x17x16mm needle bearings for 12mm pistons and 14x17x17mm for 14mm pistons.
- Crank webs increased to 77mm instead of the original 75mm to increase pre-compression in the crankcase without the need for machining.
- Perfectly counterbalanced with aluminum (upper) and bronze (lower) inserts for use with heavier 54mm pistons and to optimize maximum RPM!

- Crank webs maximized (77mm) to increase pre-compression in the crankcase, without the need for machining.
- Silver piston bearing 12x17x16 mm
- Silver crankshaft bearing 18x24x12AG
- Upper black aluminum inserts and 3 lower copper inserts with optimized counter-balance for 54 mm pistons and maximum RPM
- Voca laser marking on the side and upper faces.
Crankshaft with optimized dimensions for use with Italkit, Alukit, and Voca 54mm cylinders.
Recommendation: For best results, combine with the Voca 54mm cylinder and Voca Race Head 54mm cylinder head.
