VOCA BigBore 100cc Cylinder Ø54mm DT 50 LC/ LCD

VOCA BigBore 100cc cylinder for Yamaha DT, Ø54mm with 43mm stroke (Head not included).

After several months of development on the track and on the dynamometer, the manufacturer VOCA has developed the VOCA cylinder.

• BigBore 100cc for Yamaha DT that you can now find at Motoscoot.
• Aluminum cylinder with internal Chrome/Nickel coating of excellent quality, designed to extract maximum performance from engines.
• Manufactured with 5 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port.
• Supplied with a single-ring Vertex piston, size 53.95mm.
• The VOCA BigBore cylinder must be assembled with a crankshaft with a 43mm stroke and an 85mm connecting rod.
• The cylinder head is not included, and the Voca RACE Head with the 54mm reference must be fitted.
• It is also recommended to fit the VOCA HQ RACING 43MM/85MM crankshaft.
• Recommended squish with VOCA cylinder head: 0.8mm.

Please note: It is recommended to use the VForce 4 reed valve box from Yamaha YZ 85cc with this cylinder.

• Possible adaptation of other reed valve boxes with the necessary alterations, due to the large dimensions of the reed valve box area and its respective walls.
