WARNING: To install this cylinder kit on YZ 125 LC 1997-1998 models, replace the original exhaust silencer with the 1999-2003 version, and for 1997-1999 models, 2 original Yamaha torsion springs (valve) from 2000-2003 are absolutely necessary.

The kit includes the high-quality standard bore aluminum cylinder, the cylinder head with interchangeable central dome, the complete piston with the pin and piston rings, and all necessary gaskets.

All components of the kit have been developed to withstand the highest temperatures, pressures, and stresses, and have been validated by Athena technicians with rigorous bench and road tests.

This cylinder kit can be installed without making any alterations to the engine crankcase.
