Brake Fluid DOT4 500ml TRW

Synthetic brake fluid based on glycol ethers, alkylene polyglycols and glycol ether esters. This fluid contains inhibitors that prevent corrosion of metal brake components and reduce oxidation at high temperatures, thus preventing the formation of acidic decomposition products. It has been specially developed to extend the service life of components in hydraulic brake and clutch systems in vehicles. It has a high wet and dry boiling point. This ensures safe braking, even after a certain absorption of moisture over a longer period of use. Moisture detergents contribute to protection against vapour bubble formation.

Excellent for all disc and drum brake systems, as well as clutch systems of heavy vehicles for which a synthetic brake fluid with this specification is prescribed. The brake fluid is also suitable for use in brake systems with ABS.

Application

It can be processed in all common brake fluid bleeding devices. It can be mixed and is compatible with all high-quality synthetic brake fluids. However, it only achieves its full effect when used unmixed. It is recommended to change the brake fluid according to the heavy vehicle manufacturer's instructions.

Caution: Brake fluid damages vehicle paint. If spilled, wash immediately with water. Do not use in central hydraulic systems that operate with mineral oil. Observe vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
