The Voca Race Head Ø54mm has completely revolutionized the world of square cylinder preparations for DT and TZR, making an infinite variety of possibilities available.

This two-piece modular cylinder head consists of an anodized aluminum cover and a removable Ø54mm insert, all accompanied by their respective O-rings. Manufactured from a single piece of aluminum, then CNC machined to obtain this 100% Racing-looking part.

Cylinder Head:
This kit includes a cylinder head for 54mm pistons. Suitable for 42/43mm stroke cylinders and VOCA, Italkit, Alukit. It is important to maintain the recommended squish of 0.08mm for other strokes and larger connecting rods. It has a locking pin, which prevents the cylinder head from rotating when tightening or loosening the spark plug.

With the possibility of changing the combustion chambers (cylinder head), this cylinder head allows for a different preparation for every taste. For other preparations, VOCA has a completely virgin cylinder head, where you can prepare your own design for different pistons or crankshaft strokes.

Cooling:
Cooling has been improved compared to the original, optimizing the internal flow and increasing performance. The great novelty of this cylinder head is the possibility of rotating it 180º, allowing the assembly of several radiators.

For high-performance preparations, the use of 2 radiators is recommended.

Temperature Sensor:
The thread allows the use of the original temperature sensor. Replacement sensors are also available for use with digital control panels, for example, the Voca Racing control panel. For digital temperature sensors, you should use Koso, Stage6 (M10x1mm) sensors and be careful when selecting the color of the plug (black or white).

Seals:
Another important feature is the replacement of the original single gasket with O-rings. These ensure better sealing and reliability.
