RFX Pro Series chain adjusters are designed to speed up and improve wheel changes with easy installation and more precise alignment.
CNC manufactured from 7075 aerospace aluminium.

Fitting Instructions
- Start with the bike on a stand with the rear wheel off the ground.
- Undo the rear chain nut & remove the axle.
- Lift the chain off the sprockets & remove the rear wheel.
- Remove the old chain adjusters.
- Remove the old chain adjuster bolts.
- Remove the adjuster axle (KTM only); this may require some heat & a vice, be careful not to damage the axle.
- Refit the axle into the new chain adjuster (KTM only); make sure to use red thread lock when doing this.
- Clean around the swingarm making sure it is clean & free from debris.
- Take the new RFX chain adjusters & slide them into the swingarm ensuring alignment & that the bolts are in position.
- Clean the axle & adjuster nut.
- Apply waterproof grease to the axle & wheel spacers.
- Lift the wheel into position & refit the chain.
- Slide the axle all the way through & refit the adjuster nut, do not fully tighten the nut.
- Align the wheel square using the chain adjusters & adjust the chain to the correct tension (refer to owner’s manual for correct tension)
- Tighten the adjuster nut to correct according to the owner’s manual.
