    All cylinders are entirely designed in Italy by Athena's R&D Department, which has strong internal know-how and cutting-edge tools to design and test each part. They are coated with motor-nicksil, a nickel-silicon coating developed by Athena to achieve smoothness and optimal wear resistance.
    Athena cylinder kits and their components are recognized worldwide for their performance, durability and reliability.

    The Standard Bore cylinder kit developed by Athena guarantees the same performance as original spare parts, extreme reliability and optimal smoothness thanks to the lightweight aluminium cylinder, the barrel with nickel-silicon coating and a piston designed to further reduce friction.
    The kit includes the high-quality standard bore aluminium cylinder, cylinder head, complete piston with pin and piston rings and all necessary gaskets.

    All components of the kit have been developed to withstand the highest temperatures, pressures and stresses and have been validated by Athena technicians with rigorous bench and road tests.

    This cylinder kit can be installed without making any changes to the engine crankcase.
